The Jim Fisher 2005 Whirl Tour - Boston

Time to get back on track with the blog. I have traveled often over the last few months so here are some dog n pony shots. I will add more from time to time.

Let's start with Boston.

Here's a nice skyline from my hotel.

A doorway to an expensive apartment in the Back Bay. Note the two-toned stairs.

This one's just for fun. If you stay at the Colonnade Hotel you'll find these cute little rubber duckies in the bathrooms. I was in Boston for the PhotoShop conference and had just bought a LensBaby. It allows you to take pictures with a single focus area (like the old pin-hole cameras). Well, here's my first attempt. Pucker-up everyone!

Two Boston skyscrapers. To the left is the Prudential Center. The lower levels have a nice shopping mall and it all leads to Hynes Hall.

A close-up of the Prudential Center. Looks very mechanized.

A beautiful church. This is the Christian Science Center in Boston's Back Bay.

A closeup of the tower of The Mother Church.

Two towers again. To the left is the Mother Church Extension built in 1906 and to the right is the Original Ediface built in 1895.

You don't see carvings like this anymore.

Reflections are fun. Notice what the windows did to the blue sky? Almost like a paint brush.

A sunflower in the city of Boston.
