The Jim Fisher 2005 Whirl Tour - Washington D.C.





Time to visit the monuments. This one is the Women in the Military Memorial. My grandmother, Lillian Bowman, is enshrined here. She was a nurse in World War I and served in a typhoid ward in France.





They don't have all the names on the walls like the Vietnam Memorial. Here is a display.





A nice clock tower on a bank near the White House.





Getting around D.C. on the Metro is fun.
